What began as a 2020 #quarantinekitchen passion project—BoCa Flavor—quickly gained national recognition in USA Today and Yahoo Finance. While the business has evolved, the heart of the craft remains: a proprietary 19-ingredient blend created by our family to disrupt the American flavoring market.

Zoetopia represents "Zoe," an homage to Haitian identity and the spirit of banding together to create a version of utopia rooted in dignity and empowerment. Kouzina is the Greek word for kitchen, honoring the heritage of my husband and partner, Jason.

Together, we are bridging the gap between the bold, aromatic profiles of the Caribbean and the health-conscious, soul-nourishing philosophy of Mediterranean cuisine.
